BALL CAPS HAVE TWO CHOICES, VISOR COLOR/& BODY [Crown] COLOR

	Ball Caps for FIRE & EMS are a blend of WOOL & POLY [traditional ball cap]
	Ball Caps for the "new style" are "brushed" cotton, a soft low profile cap [fashion cap]
	All ball caps have a one size fits all, adjustable rear clip[limited selection of Sized Caps]
	All ball caps have a choice of front embroidery design PLUS a back of cap, rear design.

Embroidery Pricing for Ball Caps

Our selected stock logo designs OR your custom design estimated at less than 12,000 stitches for the front of the ball cap. Most all designs/department logo's are less than 12,000 stitches of embroidery, on ball cap style designs. 12,000 stitches or less is our minimum charge. Larger or more complex designs, [larger than 12,000 stitches] are charged at .79 cents per 1000 for the larger embroidery. The costs below are based upon 12,000 or less for the EMBROIDERY ONLY, see above for ball cap price.

The normal back of ball cap lettering is normally less than 3,000 stitches. Our minimum charge for your back of ball cap design/lettering is $3.99. This would include the following stock design items for examples.

Adding your Personal Name, to the back of any ball cap, is on our flat rate of $3.99 per ball cap. Note: only ONE line is placed on the back of the cap, either your personal name or one of the back of ball cap examples shown above. Normal lettering is done in a standard block letters about 3/8 inch tall. We will use Military Yellow thread color on Navy or Black ball
